All players work to complete a variety of tasks, but only the Imposters will be actively working to sabotage the entire crew. Crew-mates must investigate potential fraudsters and vote to eliminate them before killing more crew members.
Among Us elevates ideas you may have seen before with a clever and original execution. This makes the gameplay surrounding each kill engaging enough so that you don’t twitch your thumb while waiting for someone to vote. There are some excellent, science-fiction, cooperative allures of the SpaceTeam in the hectic task of repairing spaceships.
Opening your map to find your next objective and figuring out the minigames needed to complete it can grab your attention so much that you won’t notice a cheater sneaking up behind you, a distraction that seems too intentional. .
2. Forza Horizon 5
“Forza Horizon 5” may be the greatest racing game of all time. While the racing genre isn’t typically the “prestige” game of the year award material, that thinking needs to change. Racing games have traditionally been the most welcoming on-ramps through video games, and the more we celebrate great racing games, the better the genre.
Fifth Forza Horizon doesn’t break the game mold, but it fine-tunes its accessible and enjoyable open-world formula to the player’s liking. It helps that it’s gorgeous; This title may be the most surprising game of the new console generation ever. Even if 2021 is stacked with quality, high-budget games, “Forza Horizon 5” will still stand tall as a titan and captain of the genre.
Sadly, it can’t do much new to impress, as the series has already been volume 11 for quite some time when it comes to its set pieces. Excellent graphics engine appears at the beginning of the game, but we’ve raced planes and motorbikes before.
In all honesty, returning fans are sure to want more anyway, while newcomers to the series will love the constant, joyous spectacle. When the quality bar is consistently high everyone is a winner.
3. Counter-Strike: Global Offensive
This game is definitely worth your time, don’t get too attached, it’s full of hackers and toxic players, once you learn how to deal with them, it’s a fun game! All one star reviews are 5 year olds who played in 2016 and 2012, but the update has made it a lot better, they screwed up some things, made snipers not as OP, and easier to hit That is, once you unlock competitive, I suggest you make the most of every mode, you can play war games to kill time, but casual you should stay away.
Edited Thoughts: It’s been a year or two since this review was written, I think overall some of it has definitely changed. For example you should play casual more often than you think, as it helps with spray control and angles. Not to be played too much competitively due to Broken Fang Premiere, where the queue is really messy.
But overall I don’t think you should play too casual. Hackers and toxic players are hard to ignore, but if you report them they will either be banned or mute, so you don’t have to deal with them. Overall CS:GO is an amazing game that overall just gets more fun no matter what you do.
4. Dead by Daylight
Dead by Daylight on PS5 is hardly the graphical showcase of other PS5 launch titles, considering that the game has been around for a few years now and on every system under the sun. But that’s okay, because it doesn’t require much: as long as the atmosphere is grim and gray, and there are tall reeds to hide in, you’re getting the basic feel of daylight.
Dead by daylight is merciless. Playing as one of the “survivors”, you’re unlikely to survive more than a few minutes, although a fairly generous revival system prevents the mission from ending too quickly.
That said, I actually find it more difficult to play as a “Hunter”: between the constrained first-person view, the inability to run, and the vast maps, it’s easy to get lost while the Survivor team activates all the generators.
In general, I find that the best hunters are the ones who have taken the time to really learn their character and navigate each map. New players are likely to find Survivor a safer and more fun alternative.
5. curse
Well, I’ve seen a lot of people drop a star rating, and I shared many of their issues with the show during the first few episodes as well. However, I truly believe that every show has some space for which writers and actors step into their roles and story. That being said, I highly recommend this show.
The beginning sets in the middle of the season and paves the way for a grand finale that left me wanting more. Here are some things that I thought were fantastic. The acting, for one, is incredible. It’s also something that gets a lot better as the season progresses, with characters like Merlin really coming into their own.
I was initially unsure about this role in particular as it was going to be played as the medieval Jack Sparrow, but he eventually became my favorite character. No spoilers here, just watch it. Uther also turned out to be a surprising favorite of mine, which I attribute to the actor who played the character so handsome and truthful.
I was initially unsure as it looked like the show was gaining its footing, I loved the artistic change between scenes. This really seems to set this show apart from other shows of its kind. let me be clear; This show may not be for everyone, but I see something very special in it.
The complex relationships between characters and political alliances throughout ten episodes almost reminded me of a YA-type of Game of Thrones, which I think a lot of people will enjoy.
The show doesn’t shy away from gore or complicated plot, which I also appreciate. In the end, while the dialogue was choppy at some places in the beginning, some of the dialogue and jokes are undeniably clever and amusing.
Overall, I strongly encourage those who are unsure of the first few episodes to finish it, as the final episodes have many character reveals and plot points that really pay off. I must say, I am impressed with how quickly the show won me over. I hope to see more!
