How to Be Successful Quickly in Minecraft {2022}

Have you ever started a Minecraft world, fully intending to keep it going for as long as possible, only to give up and start all over again within a few weeks?

Maybe you’re bored, or you weren’t happy with the terrain, or a creeper blew up your perfectly crafted starter home, leaving you with these explosive bases—… Cursing K’s name, he was forced to leave in anger.

A little moved there, right? Anyway, if you’ve been wondering how one can stay committed to the same world for years, you’ve come to the right place. These are 5 tips for a successful world in Minecraft.

Minecraft tips for beginners survival

Perhaps fitting for its 10-year anniversary, Minecraft has once again become the most popular game in the world. But for first-timers, you might be wondering how do you play Minecraft?

Minecraft isn’t like your typical video game. There are no clear objectives or any real tutorials to help you get started. So this beginners guide will help you get ready for your first adventures in Minecraft.

1. Set up a permanent home base

After you’ve explored the world a bit, find a place to set up your permanent base. It should be an area with lots of resources nearby.

This could be near a village, or in a large cave system, or in a rich biome such as forests, forests or mountains. Once you have found a suitable location, begin building your permanent shelter. It can be made from any material you want. The stronger the material, the better.

It should be large enough to hold your bed, several chests, a crafting table, furnace, and any other useful equipment you may use (anvil, brewing station, magic table). You may also want to take some time to add some decorations to your permanent home.

2. Take Advantage Of Water As Shelter

Remember, in the Minecraft game, enemies move slowly in the water. And, there are a slew of water bodies available for you to take advantage of.

Therefore, we recommend that you jump into the water whenever an enemy is chasing or chasing you. Now, it is best if you can find a shallow water body for it. Why?

This is because deep water bodies can sometimes be a place where guardians can be visible. So whenever you find a shallow reservoir, take advantage of it to protect yourself from enemy enemies.

3. Avoid Lava Surprises

Finding an emerald or diamond can be exciting when mining for resources.

If this is the first incident for a player, they can be carried away by emotion and let their actions overtake their logic and reason. The most common mishap occurs when players start digging these blocks and don’t realize that lava is hiding behind them.

It is therefore not recommended to dig straight down, and always have dirt or cobblestone in the hotbar so that it can be turned quickly and the holes are covered before lava is released.

4. Automatic Allay Farms

In the massive Minecraft 1.19 update, the developers added a cute mob, Allay, to the game. Objective-wise, it’s up to the players to move and find items on their adventures.

But, if used under the right conditions, Allay can act as an ideal agricultural assistant. It can collect objects and serialize them properly, even if they are non-stackable. Lucky for you, we already have a guide around Automatic Allay Farms in Minecraft.

You can use it to search for different types of farms that may contain Allay. Considering how many players are not yet familiar with Allay, you can create a whole set of cool things in Minecraft with just this mob.

5. Building The Nether Portal

If you still want to move forward, you’ll have to go further into another dimension called the Nether. But making a Nether Portal can be tough without some good Minecraft tips. After all, you’ll need 10 blocks of obsidian to build the portal.

Obsidian occurs naturally near lava beds and can only be mined using a diamond pickaxe. But if someone is reluctant to find it, there is another interesting option.

First, you need to find some lava at the bottom. Next, use the bucket on the lava. Then, pour the water back into your bucket.

Note that you will need a diamond or netherite pickaxe to mine this block. Brewing potions also require you to go to the Netherlands because some things, such as Nether Warts and Flame Sticks, can only be obtained at Netherland Fortresses.
