Do not worry! We are here with some essential PUBG beginners tips and tricks to master the game. These tips will prepare you for the toughest situations in PUBG Mobile until you take on new challenges in PUBG New State. let’s get started.

1. Choosing a drop location

Another important point to remember is to land in safe places at the start of the match. Each map has different locations that lead to different amounts of loot. The quality of loot also varies from location to location. This is why more players fight against each other in locations with better loot.

In addition, maps like Erangel and Miramar are notorious for having some of the most violent shootouts in the game. Erangel’s Pochinki and Miramar’s Hacienda del Patreon are usually swarmed with players searching for the best loot.

Your best bet is to stay away from these places (located in the center on most maps) as a start. Go to more distant places to search for loot. You are less likely to find enemies there. You can check out our explainer on the best PUBG loot locations to find out where to go in the game.

2. Select Right Graphics Quality

Knowing the limits of your phone is also important. PUBG Mobile is a graphics intensive game so if you are using an affordable phone and the graphics are set to HD or HDR and the frame rate is set to High or Ultra then you will notice a lot of lag or frame drops.

So choose the graphics setting according to you. To do this, tap the Settings icon > Graphics. Also, you are advised to keep Auto Adjust Graphics on, which automatically lowers the graphics setting in case of performance degradation.

3. Best Pubg mobile Guns

There are many types of guns and animations available in the pubg game. These are classified into Assault Rifles, Snipers, Designated Marksman Rifles (DMRs), Short Machine Guns (SMGs), Light Machine Guns (LMGs), Pistols and Short Guns.

All of these weapons have different rates of fire, speed of bullet travel, range to hit the target, and rate of effective damage. Apart from these things, one also has to consider the recoil effect of the gun which can miss your short fire and give your position to the enemy.

4. Play the edge of the circle

Once you start hitting the late game, different strategies start to come into play. What should keep you alive is to play to the edge of the circle and run with it. Living on the edge means that the area you need to be aware of is greatly reduced.

You know that a large part of what’s behind you is completely safe, so all you need to know is what’s in front of you. If you are in the middle, you have to keep an eye on all sides, which is not an easy task.

5. Use the best graphics settings

PUBG Mobile is a resource-intensive game. Most flagship phones and tablets should offer you the highest level of graphics. We recommend that you set your settings to Smooth along with the maximum frame rate available for your device.

Currently, 90fps is the highest setting which makes the gameplay quite fluid. Of course, you’ll need a phone or tablet that comes with a 90Hz refresh rate display or above. The faster frame-rate also means the game will respond to your commands faster.
