Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.10 Update: New Features, Changes

It’s been over a month since Minecraft 1.19 was released, but the developers, from the looks of it, have yet to fully complete this release. Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.10 brings to the game tons of bug fixes, parity changes and new features that either never existed or were only a part of the Java version.

You can understand the difference between Minecraft Java and Bedrock by using our linked guide. In the meantime, let’s quickly take a look at everything new in Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.10.

Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.10 Update

Based on the developers’ notes and our brief testing, we’ve divided the changes in Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.10 into several sections. Use the table below to explore each of them individually.

Breed Allay in Minecraft Bedrock

With the Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.10 update, you can now duplicate Allay in Minecraft. If you don’t sharpen it, Allay will dance until the music stops playing or until Allay is too far away to hear his voice.

Not to forget, this game mechanic is still in the testing phase of the Java version and should be released in the next few weeks.

Mangrove Swamps are Thicker Than Ever Before

In an effort to bring the mangrove swamps closer in both versions, the Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.10 update has made the mangrove swamps denser.

There are more trees and closely spaced roots in this biome than ever before. You can still navigate this biome by finding narrow but clear paths. But if you were planning on using a Minecraft boat in this biome like in the original trailer for this update, that might not be a possibility.

From a visual standpoint, the biome now looks more welcoming and comparable to its real-world counterpart. In addition, it also provides players with a reliable alternative to Minecraft parkour maps. And in case you think the number of mangrove trees should be considered sufficient now, the developers also noted that within the release notes of this update “there is still work to be done to increase the density of mangrove trees in water”.

Minecraft 1.19.10.22 Bedrock update Beta Patch Notes

The Wild update was released just a few days ago, and surprisingly, Mojang has already rolled out a new Minecraft beta release for the 1.19.1 update. Whenever a major update is released, the focus is then on fixing some bugs and, in rare cases, even on adding new features.

Minecraft Bedrock Edition is the first version to get a beta version this time, while no snapshot has been announced for the Java version yet. Bedrock Beta 1.19.10.22 brings many new changes and improvements related to various features in The Wild Update.

The new beta release finally offers a way to make more ale. Players can now copy alleys and make them available in large numbers, without requiring them to visit either Pillar Outpost or Woodland Mansion. Interested readers can take a look at the patch notes for the new Minecraft beta.
