Marvel's Spider-Man games are coming to PC: Release date, content and more


The hit Marvel game Spider-Man Remastered is coming to PC and will launch on August 12, 2022. Marvel's Spider-Man is developed by Insomniac Studios in partnership with Marvel and was launched as a PS4-exclusive in 2018.

The game was remastered in 2020 for the PS5 alongside Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales . So, the PC players will be getting the remastered version of the game on August 12.

The other Spider-Man game that has been confirmed to arrive on PC is Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales.  Although we don't have a release date, the game will launch on PC platforms during the Fall of this year.

What PC players will get, Marvel's Spider-Man Remastered PC content will come with the full main story, as well as Marvel's Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps DLC.

The DLC adds three more story chapters along with some additional missions and challenges.  Here's the game's PC launch trailer.

The game's technical specifications for PC have yet to be disclosed, but according to Insomniac Games' Ryan Schneider, Head of Franchise Strategy and Studio Relations: "Wait until you get your hands on sticks.

Mouse and keyboard (confirmed feature)!  Of course, you can count on additional standard PC-specific features like adjustable render settings and ray-traced reflections, with more features and details to be announced later.

Spider-Man is one of the major PlayStation games coming to PC.  Sony has earlier brought some big names like God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn to the PC platform.

Marvel's Avengers releases September 4 on PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One. It will be a launch title on PS5 and Xbox Series X.
