God of War Ragnarok releasing this November on PlayStation
After a long break of four years, a new sequel of God of War is coming to PlayStation this year. Sony released a new cinematic trailer for the God of War Ragnarok, giving us a look at the series’ titular hero Kratos and his now grown-up son Atreus. The trailer ends with a release date, which is set for November 9, 2022.
The new God of War title will be released on both PlayStation 4 and next-generation PlayStation 5 consoles on the same day, i.e. November 9. PlayStation users around the world will be able to pre-order God of War Ragnarok starting in July.
Santa Monica Studios is also offering some pre-order bonuses, including Kratos Risen Snow Armor and Atreus Risen Snow Tunic.
All the God of War Ragnarok editions coming in November
The new God of War Ragnarok will be available for pre-booking and purchase in four different editions - Standard Edition, Digital Deluxe Edition, Collector's Edition and Jotnar Edition.
God of War Ragnarok: Standard Edition
The standard edition, as the name suggests, is a standard one. The God of War Ragnarok: Standard Edition entitles you to a digital or a physical copy of the game for the PlayStation. Customers purchasing the standard edition for the PS4 can upgrade to the PS5 version for $10 (~Rs 791.19).
God of War Ragnarok: Digital Deluxe Edition
God of War Ragnarok's Digital Deluxe Edition will give you a digital copy of the game. In addition to the full game, customers will also receive digital gifts, which include cosmetic items such as Kratos Darkdale Armor, Atreus Darkdale Attire, Darkdale Blades Handles for the Blades of Chaos.
