If a car is delivered to Simeon’s warehouse in good condition, any car with a higher price will normally sell for a bit more.

Press and hold the Back/Select button and select Simeon under Quick GPS to place the waypoint on the warehouse. You can cut through freeways and container yards to save time when you get to the dock.

Agency is the latest business added to GTA Online. It allows players to complete VIP contracts, security contracts and Payphone hits. The main money generator in the agency is a special vault that automatically generates funds based on the number of security contracts you have completed.
For each 5th security contract completed, Vault production increases to $500. It can generate a maximum of $20,000/in-game in a day and hold $250k at a time. Players must complete 86 missions to maximize production. While this may seem like a huge number, there are small missions that only take 5 minutes to complete.

There is also the option of making money with the Time Traveler method, which is by noticing stock prices (either by taking a picture of the screen with your phone or using pen and paper), saving your game, and then interrupting.
4 to 8 hours of playing time elapses. Check stock prices again and write down companies whose share prices have risen. Go back in time by reloading your save game and invest as much as you can in companies you know will make money in the next 4 to 8 hours. Voila! Fast and easy money!
