10 Best Short Anime For Beginners

Are you interested in anime and wondering what is a good starter anime for you?

Anime has recently grown in popularity around the world as more anime series and movies with multilingual subtitles and dubbed are distributed around the world through a number of video streaming sites such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, Crunchyroll, etc. Huh.

Many international people watch anime just to enjoy entertainment content, to learn Japanese, and for various other reasons.

It’s a little difficult to figure out what to watch for those who haven’t watched anime or just liked certain family anime, including Studio Ghibli, Pokemon, Doraemon, and Sailor Moon, when they’re kids.

#1. Dragon Ball Z

This was my gateway drug: the first anime I ever hooked up to, age 11. It’s still my favorite series, and in my opinion one of the best anime ever.

The show is huge, with Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball GT (not that great, but worth watching if you’re a megafan), and the new Dragon Ball Super series to get you through – you’re right at the beginning. You can start with Dragon Ball if you want, but Dragon Ball Z is the best. It has all the classic flavors, but with a larger range of characters and more depth.

#2. Fruits Basket

Recently an orphan girl comes to live with a family of Chinese zodiac animals – they turn into said animals when embraced by the opposite sex.

Fruits Basket is what I found in the manga (surprisingly drawn comics are mostly based on anime), as the ending of Fruits Basket the anime felt incomplete so I went and read the entire manga series (which is long) terminated.

Although both are worthwhile; From beginning to end the story is lovely and surprisingly touching.

#3. Daily Lives of High School Boys

High school is one of the most important days in the life of every person. Tadakuni, Hidenori and Yoshitake are going through their teenage years, and we’ll trace their youthful days as they go through various tribulations.

Daily Lives of High School Boys is possibly one of the funniest comedy anime series we’ve seen. It presents some ridiculous scenarios to generate comedy, and it’s too short.

You can really relate to your experiences in high school, and it ends well too. If you are looking for some good short comedy anime series, this one is right up your alley.

#4. Death Parade

When people die, they come across a mysterious place called Quindecim, which decides whether they deserve to be reborn. The Decim acts as the mediator, judging the merits of the soul.

He’s always been the on-point judge with no complications, but what will he do when he meets a young boy whose fate seems impossible to decide?

In case you’re wondering what happens when people die, we don’t have an answer, but this anime does. It seems like nothing is quite right with this anime, but in the end, you can’t help but love it.

If psychological anime series are your type, you should consider watching one of his.

#5. Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure

For a while now, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure has been the anime I’ve come across when I’m in need of some R&R. It’s not that anything about it, at first glance, is particularly chill — it’s an anime full of men built like classical idols who can argue loudly over the mental battle they’re going to have, seemingly. In that molasses-slow time. It’s as if the hours are absorbed into the universe of JJBA a little more than a minute.

However, JJBA is much more than that; It’s a journey that spans a century and defies the rules of telling a traditional adventure story, drawing eclectic inspiration from Indiana Jones, Versace, classic rock and any other fleeting interest of mangaka Hirohiko Araki in the fast-paced create an explosive hodgepodge of absurdity. a language that you’ll get over and fix sooner than Sailor Moon. There’s a reason JJBA is one of the most influential pieces of media out there in the anime world.
